Stanford Era Specific Fic - Dean Visits Sam

This story was pretty long from what I can remember. I remember Dean visits Sam and I think Sam was pretty happy about it but I can't be sure. Sam's roommate begins to notice strange things about Dean (he suffers from nightmares; he's jumpy after being woken up) and talks to Sam about it. It goes on for a while with Dean and Sam just hanging out and then the roommate talks to Sam some more and tells him Dean seems to be experiencing signs of some type of assault. Dean then leaves and Sam finds him sitting at the bus station. Dean then tells Sam that he was assaulted by a ghost he was hunting.

I really hope someone knows what I'm talking about. I think I read it on fanfiction.net but I can't find it.
