Jared/Jensen Kingdom Hearts crossover

Hi!

I'm looking for a fic that was a crossover with the Kingdom Hearts video game.  I think Chris Kane was the bad guy and it maybe also had Danneel Harris and Chad Michael Murray in it.  That's all I can remember, thanks in advance for your help!

It's the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. The area is called Bush Kill Falls. It was really pretty up there, we went in the fall and it was just, wow, breathtaking.

I bet! It looks like a state park in Tennessee called Fall Creek Falls. The areas look very similar.
