After reading Title: Heart's Desire by Wolfling (wolfling) and James (zortified) I am looking for fics that center around Sam and Dean living as a couple. Set before or after John dies, but if before it would be nice if John is featured some how whether he approves or not.

Maygra's Second Sight series (http://assignations.org/spn/sight_index.html) features Sam & Dean living as a couple after Sam is injured and loses his sight. One of the parts also includes John paying a visit and realizing the relationship between the boys. It's an amazing series.

How do you feel about MPREG? Juli's wonderful "Baby Steps" as mentioned recently (so you may have already caught it), is a beautiful series. The first half of the series focuses on moments of Dean's pregnancy, but later on focuses on Sam and Dean settling down with their kids, and John being a supportive father and grandad.
