5x11 Missing Scenes

Hey guys, I'm looking for fics of missing scenes from 5x11. I'll take almost any involving that episode.  Details and lots of spoilers under the cut. I've been scouring around for these fics to pop up but so far, I haven't been lucky in finding much. I'm kinda desperate now, I reaaaally hope someone's written them by now. ;)

Also, are there fics from Asylum featuring Sam talking to the psychiatrist?


Relating to 5x11:

Are there any fics about what happened after the nurse told Sam to take down his pants? 

Anything relating to Dean's co-dependency issues? 

Anything relating to Sam's "happy drunk-ness"?  I'll be happy with any of Sam drunk, really.

Any additional scenes with Dean or Sam talking to psychiatrists and having bit of the truth pried out about themselves (not about hunting but about their personalities like in the episode)? I loved the quick dialogue between the doctor and Dean when she was talking to he and he was telling her about barely sleeping and drinking a bunch.

Anything with an outsider/doctor POV thinking about the boys in the mental hospital?

It's not really a missing scene, but it definitely deals with Dean's issues, especially with alcohol and hell. a-phoenixdragon's Shiver is an awesome, but dark(like pitch black) look into Dean's mind while he's in the hospital.
