Looking for the fic Snapshots

Hey guys,

Like it says above, I'm looking for a link to the fic Snapshots but for the life of me I can't remember the author's name.  It's a Jared/Jensen fic.  Chris and Steve are a couple in it.   Sophie is Jensen's best friend and Sandy is Jared's.  If someone could please help me, it's been driving me crazy for a couple days now.
