Looking for a specific fic

In the story Jared is mentally challenged and loves Christmas. He lives in an abusive home when Jensen moves next door. They become friends and then something more. In the end of the fic Jensen builds Jared his very own Christmas Village.

That's all I remember of it. I just had the sudden urge to read it but can't find it anywhere. Help is appreciated greatly.
