a) Looking for missing scenes from the ep Devil's Trap. Are there any fics that would describe what happened between the demon escaping from the hut and the scene in the car?

b) And are there any fics where Sam did kill his Dad in the hut either thinking it was the right thing to do or having had a vision of Dad's soul ending in Hell if he didn't do it?
