STDs in fic

Is there any fic dealing with one of the characters having any sort of STD?  Particularly Dean?  I'm having a weird craving for a story dealing with that kind of thing, especially if it's dealt with in an intelligent and reasonably plausible fashion.

I'm okay with RPF, non-con, and deathfic.  Please, no Wincest.

Well, if you don't mind self-recs, I've got one called Critters (http://vaingirlfic.livejournal.com/50576.html) where Dean has a mild STD. It's not a very serious story, though *g*
