Sam/Dean Have Always Been 'Together'

I'd really like to read some Sam/Dean Wincest where they grow up just automatically being 'together'. Like that one where Sam is a thumbsucker ( I can't remember the title right now, but its lovely and has hot sex and Sam sucking on Dean's thumb since he was little).

I'm looking for the kind of fic where there was never any thought or doubt to how their relationship turned sexual once they were both old enough to want that kind of thing. I'd prefer medium to long fics, but even good short ones would be good.

I've read some, as I said, and really loved them. Obviously, this will mean underage and pre-series. (Although, I think anything younger than 'teen' for Sam's age when actual sex accurs would not be my cuppa, k?)

oh wow. That was good. I was thinking it wasn't going to be what I was looking for because its listed as no pairing - and I guess it really isn't- but it was very yummy. I just wish there were more - 3 years down the road in that world would be hella good, I'm betting.
