Okay I'm seriously starting to get frustrated. I'm a bottom!Jared girl, plain and simple, and it seems to be that every time I start reading a long J2 story that's really good, everything's ruined by it turning out to be bottom!Jensen. I have no problem with people liking this, but I don't so come on give a girl a break!

So my request is this: I'd like some long, well thought out J2 stories, AU or non, that has Jared and only Jared bottoming. No switching. I know there must be some out there so please, please help me!

I actually just finished reading this and OMFG!!! The pure HOT & SEX that is Teacher!Jensen! This fic is just gold. Everything about it is beautiful. The characters felt so natural and right. And it wasn't just the sex, but the relationship between them that was so amazing. It is fabulous and made me crave more Top!Jensen fics.

I have a selection (66 fics) of bottom!Jared (http://delicious.com/zomzoms/bottom!jared?setcount=100) bookmarked on delicious, varying in length but there are quite a few longer fics.

Please make sure you check the tags, although I prefer bottom!Jared, a couple of the fics have them switching.

Also, this post (http://community.livejournal.com/bottom_sammy/125837.html) refers to last years Big Bang challenge and listed which fics were bottom!Jared or bottom!Sam, thus hopefully helping avoid the frustration of reading a long fic and having it ruined by it being bottom!Jensen or them switching.

I don't have any recs for this, but wanted to ask a related question. As a new author to this fandom, should I be putting bottom!Jared, bottom!Sam etc in the header? It honestly never occurred to me with the first story I posted and I never realized how divided the readership could be on this issue. If someone actually doesn't want to read a bottom!Jensen story, for instance, I'd hate for them to get to the end of one of my stories and have it spoiled for that reason. Bottom line (no pun intended): would you rather see that straight away so that you know? Or do you think that might ruin it for some people?

first I want to say welcome to the fandom ;) as for your question while I admit that it's much less frustrating for readers such as myself that only like a certain bottom to know before they start a story, when it comes down to it, it's really up to how the writer feels about it. I don't want to tell anyone how they should do anything, especially since I wouldn't want anyone to do it to me.

so if telling the readers beforehand who bottoms doesn't bother you to do, then I think it'd be very helpful. but please don't feel like you have to just to make anyone else happy. I've never chewed anyone's head off for finding out their story is bottom!Jensen/Dean after getting involved in it and I never would. I do admit frustration but really, I just move on ;)

Thank you so much for your opinion. :) It really isn't a problem for me, as the author. It's never really been a problem in other fandoms I wrote in and it just honestly never occurred to me for this one. I appreciate your reply and I don't feel like I need to do it, but I certainly don't mind if it will be helpful to readers.

And thank you for the welcome! :) I've only posted one J2 story so far, but I have a J2 AU in the works and a Sam/Dean written for this year's Big Bang so I'm looking forward to being on the author side of the fence, at least for a while. :)

Unfortunately, I don't have any recs for you just yet (must dig through saved fics first) but I gotta say THANK GOODNESS SOMEONE ELSE FEELS THIS WAY! I was starting to feel like it was just me and finding a top!Jensen fic was like finding a diamond in the rough. I actually don't even care if they switch -- I just don't like the ones where it's all top!Jared.

But I will put in a 2nd vote for thenyxie's Homework verse. Yes, Jensen does bottom (only once), but the whole series is SO HOT you have absolutely no idea. I can't even explain. It's not just hot - the plot is compelling as hell. Anyone who doesn't read this is missing out, *nods*.

Jensen is a rock star in a band and Jared is a roadie on the tours.All chapters are at least 10000 words and it's really really amazing.There are also Jensen/Justin Hartley,Jensen/omc and Jared/Omc but all Top!Jensen and Bottom!Jared

I've gotta agree as well, even though I'll continue to read the story, I've found myself starting out really good fics, thinking I'm in love, and then Jensen say's two little words that ruin in all! "Fuck me." UGH! ;P If you like bottom!Jared, I'm guessing you know this person, but if not, you should check out samdeanfetish on Livejournal. She LOVES bottom!Jared/Sam, and that's pretty much all she writes, and they're all looong amazingly well written fics!...But lots of WIPs. *rolls eyes fondly* And I'm also a HUGE fan of bottom!Jared too, so pretty much everything on my memory list has it. ;D
