s4 Sam angst

I have this SERIOUS NEED for some angsty Sam goodness from when Dean was dead/set in season 4. I'm particularly fond of Sam being a little bit crazy/emotionally numb/drowning in the guilt of not being able to save Dean himself. Some Winchestery H/C would be awesome too.

Wincest or gen or het, I don't mind so long as it's good and full of paaaaaaain!
