help!

this time I'm looking for one fic in particular. I read it a long time ago.. either here: Supernatural Slash or here: Keep it in the Family. In the story, it begins with the aftermath of Sammy being strangled by a tree of some sort. It left his neck all bruised and Dean's taking care of him. This leads to Dean kissing Sam, then making love to him. Afterwards, Sam asks Dean why, and Dean says it was because he almost lost Sam. It was a First Time fic, btw. Ring any bells? Please?
