I just re watched "Dead Man's Blood", and now I'm craving some Sam/Luther, Dean/Luther, or, even better; Sam/Dean/Luther.

I've seen this one, which is long and plotty, and has some wacky combinations of all three. There's a little Sam/Dean in here, but it's definitely NOT your usual wincest. Includes vamping of a main character, and Luther doesn't come in until the second story, I believe.
