Hellhound fic

Hi guys. I'm looking for a specific fic where the hellhounds end up sticking around instead of dragging Dean off to Hell. I can't remember the exact premise, but I think Dean could see them and Sam couldn't? And Dean feeds them raw steak, but they're more interested in the blood than the steak. And eventually, they help Sam and Dean solve a case they're working on. I also know that it was posted on a website other than LiveJournal, and that someone did an illustration of the hellhounds for it.
