Looking for a fic

I've read this fic multiple times but I just can't seem to remember the title.I know there is this though :

Sam and Dean are together
John finds out and rapes sam in the impala.
Dean finds out. sam gets really sick and Dean ends up carrying him out of the hotel room, seeing John, and confronting him.

Dean-centric longfic, with convincing "Dean-voice"

I'm in desperate need of Dean-centric longfic, as stated above. I'll take anything over 20k words, the longer the better.

However, what I'm looking for is something with what I call convincing "Dean-voice", by which I mean it can be angsty, but not JUST angsty. It can be sad, but not JUST sad. It can contain Dean!whump, but Dean is still in character, meaning he'll mouth off, swear, call people names. Sam can be in the story or not, but Dean can NOT JUST be worried about Sam. There has to be brotherly banter, by which I mean Dean annoys the Hell out of Sam.

A few writers who did that kind of thing are roque_clasique, rockpaperscissor, chrissie0707 or silver ruffian on ff.net.

I know there are brilliant Dean centric longfic out there (gaelicspirit for instance), which I love, but that's not what I'm looking for right now.

Dean Winchester is NOT just an angst machine, yo.

Can be AU, can be canon, doesn't matter. Can be crossover. Oh, and absolutely NO wincest, platonic or otherwise, and no Dean/Cas. 

Specific fic search, Sam and Dean cuddling in the Impala

Hi!

I am looking for a specific fic. I am almost sure it was a short drabble and not a scene in a longer fic, but I cannot be certain. Dean was driving the Impala and Sam was sleeping in the backseat. For some reason Dean had to stop the car (it was snownig or raining or the car broke). The moment Dean stopped, Sam woke up and started dressing Dean in a woollen hat, scraf gloves muttering sleepily about Dean being stupid and getting cold in his clothes. Then he fell asleep again. I think they ended together on the backseat cuddling for warmth. I remeber that Dean was amused by Sam's sleepy mutterings. I don't know if it was wincest or gen.
I don't have much hope since I think it was only a short drabble but maybe someone can recognise it, I read it recently but I don't know if it was a new fic or an old one. It was charming and very funny and I would like to read it again.

Specific SPN/Criminal Minds crossover case!fic

I tried googling, ff.net and Ao3, and found several other great SPN/CM crossovers but not the specific one I'm looking for. It's a gen case!fic, where both teams end up looking for the same killer and I only remember this one specific sequence: Dean and one of the BAU team are locked in a cellar where the bones of all the killer's victims are, while the killer is (I think) hunting JJ in the forest. The killer is human, but Dean provokes the bones of the victims and gets them to manifest as vengeful ghosts who go after the guy who killed them, which buys them all enough time to get saved.
