Zombie!Dean or post-apocalypse fic

I've been searching and searching for this fic (lost in the bowels of my computer), it was a WIP last I checked (year or more ago?) Hopefully y'all can help me!

Dean and others are fighting against a demonic apocalypse. A zombie disease is wiping out people everywhere-Dean is affected and becomes a full-out zombie. I think he kills some Hunters (maybe Jo?) who don't realize he's been zombie-fied. He becomes a mindless killer, part of the zombie hoard. However, something happens and he recovers, still looking like a zombie but now in control, and begins to remember stuff from his non-zombie life. His recovery is taken as a sign of hope by some of the uninfected, but demons and zombies are still run around, killing people and endangering Dean. Dean is trying to figure out what the heck happened to him and the world while he zombied-out and his possible role in stopping the apocalypse...can't remember where Sam fit in with all of this.

That's all I remember, ring a bell with anyone? I'd be so grateful if you'd direct me to what hopefully is a now completed fic. Thanks!

Stories with Heartbroken!Dean (/Jensen)?

I've somehow stumbled across quite a few fics lately where Gabriel or Balthazar or Meg (or someone) threatens Dean about his relationship with Cas because of how protective of him they are. Usually it's the, "you hurt him and I'll [insert bodily harm here]." It's gotten a little annoying lately. So I was wondering if anyone had something where the opposite happens - where Sam, Jess, Sarah, Benny, Charlie, Bobby or whatever threaten Cas about hurting Dean and they're all very protective of him for some reason?n Or, alternatively, where Dean is in a relationship with Cas (or Benny, Aaron - any male slash but preferably not Wincest) and they somehow break his heart. Maybe he's dumped or cheated on or forced to be in a secret relationship with them because his partner isn't out? Abused Dean like with Alistair also works!

Any fic request where it's RPF with Jensen in these situations with Jared or Misha or JDM are appreciated as well!

Specific – jensen's parents are homophobic

Okay, so I read this fic awhile back and I have no clue where I found it.

Basically, Jensen changes schools because his father gets a job in another town. Jensen is very anti-social and doesn't expect to make friends. On his first day, however, he meets Jared - probably the most cheerful and open person on the entire planet. Jared somehow lures Jensen into being friends with him. Jensen finds out that Jared is gay and fiercely fighting for gay rights. Jensen is gay himself, but hasn't come out because his parents are very religious and would disown him, so he's afraid of his own desires. They become friends and soon start dating.

Then Jared plans this parade on Silence Day (a day for the homosexuals who don't dare to speak up about their sexuality because they're too scared) and Jensen ends up participating, even though he didn't plan to. But then the parade runs into the local church group who is apparently doing the anti-parade thing (y'know, signs that say 'Gay love is wrong' etc.). Jensen sees his mother among the church people. What's worse, his mother sees him.

She returns home and tells Jensen's father about this. Jensen is questioned on whether or not he's gay. He doesn't deny it. He's then given five minutes to take his stuff and get out of the house. Mackenzie, his younger sister, gives him her new cell phone number (she purchased a burn phone without their parents' knowledge). Jensen moves in with Jared and Jared's mom. Oh, and Jared's mother is the coolest person on Earth. And Jared has two dogs - Sadie and another one whose name I cannot recall.

And then there is the epilogue in which Jared and Jensen are engaged and they are walking the dogs in the park when they encounter Jensen's mother and Jensen gets some closure.

Sorry for the long summary, but I thought that, heck, I might as well go all out and describe this fic in its entirety.
