LF: multiple personality disorder

I'm looking for a story in which Sam has multiple personality disorder. I believe it's Wincest; I think it has a bit of Stanford-era in it, and I believe he disappears for a bit before coming back with the personalities integrated.

Any assistance in tracking this down is appreciated!
