Specific Sam self!hurt fic

I’m looking for a fic I read quite a while ago.  I’ve looked into all my links and I just can’t find it.

It's set in season 1, I believe just after they started back on the road together.  Sam is a cutter.  I think he had been for quite some time.  Dean finds out and tries everything he can think of to help Sam to stop.  I recall one scene where Dean is using ice to try and quell the urge Sam’s feeling.

It was several chapters, and probably on ff.net (because that’s the first place I started finding fic, and this was one of the first ones I read).  I liked it because it treated the situation realistically and maturely.
