I read it a couple months ago on this site and can't find it anymore !!
It's a fic pairing Jensen and Jared. Jensen got injured on the set of Supernatural. Jared drove him to the ER and then at his apartment. And then Jared knew how to ease Jensen pain pretty easily !!
Well, if you know what fic I'm talking about, do you know where I can find it 'cause I've been searching but without any result !
