Specific hurt!Jensen

I don't remember the name, but I do remember that while filming a scene Jensen gets knocked into a table a little too hard and it ends up splintering his back so he has to go to the hospital (to get stitches?).   I think that there was also a scene where he is tied to a chair and Jared is sitting on top of him and gets *excited* so Jensen starts freaking out.  I've been looking everywhere and I swear this story exists somewhere.  Any takers?

I'm pretty sure that the tied to a chair thing is part of the sick!verse, and the table thing is a different story.

The whole tied to a chair thing reminds me of a scene from The Jared Padalecki Untitled Project, but Jensen doesn't get hurt in it.
