heart wrenching, sad, crying fics?

Okay. So I need a little help. Can somebody recommend really angsty or sad fics. preferably (but not neccessary) j2.
I need it to get into the right mood for my fic I'm writing. It should be really sad, maybe hertbreaking and something that makes you cry a lot. I'm not the type to cry easily so..

Since I have nasty little men taking swings at my skull with hammers, and work involves lots of machines alarming every 30 seconds, they are indeed very good drugs. The kind that should not be mixed with alcohol. (But I so did).

I never got that "Do not mix with alcohol rule". It's obviously put there by mistake, cuz that's the only way I take my drugs. Otherwise, how do you get them to work? *mind boggles*
