sacrificing!Dean, needing!Sam, specific fic search

I am in search for fics that have an emphasis on how much Dean does for his family, all of the sacrifices he's made for them...maybe have Sam/John/both finally realize it? Or outsiders realize it? I'd really like it to be set in the current timeline but if it's not, that's okay too! Please and thank you!

Edit2: Sorry about that but I had this scene stuck in my head and I'm wondering if anyone knows what fic it came from: it's set after Faith? Or IMTD? and it's about Sam and Dean talking about what happened. There's the part where Dean was all "I don't care Sam! What if I don't want to be alive-ish" and Sam blows up at him (kinda saying, you don't care? you don't care?!". Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about...also fics in that theme would be rather nice if anyone can rec them?
