Hi everyone,

there are two fics that won't quit bugging me and I hope the snippets I remember are enough for you to help me find them:

1) Social Services seperate the boys shortly after Mary's death

(...or at least so early that Sam later has no real memories of his brother). Sam is not treated well at all by his foster parents, and he keeps dreaming of Dean, convinced he's some kind of guarding angel who will come get him. When Sam is about 17, Dean indeed comes and kidnaps him. His "concerned" foster parents send the police after them, but by the time they get caught, Sam has turned 18 and so does not have to go back to them. I think they even find John later on.

Sam drives them to the Roadhouse after Dean is raped during a hunt. Ellen finds a doctor who is sworn to secrecy, and she and Sam do their best to help Dean deal. This includes not letting Jo find out he's there, since a confrontation with an overenthusiastic girl definitely would be too much for Dean. Later, Ellen ships the brothers off to a cabin, and when he finally feels up to leaving the premise for a few hours, Dean slowly - and under Sam's wary eyes - makes friends with people at the nearest bar.

I could not say for sure whether any of the two had wincest.
