Specific Fic: Royalty J2 where they were close friends as kids (Found!)

Hi all,
So I've been trying to place this fic for a while. It was J2 where I think both were royalty (or at least one of them was) and they formed a friendship when they were younger without knowing the others' royalty status. I only remember the beginning, but they gave each other gifts; they also collected stones together thinking enough stones would grant a wish (Jared wished for a puppy).

Then there was a time jump and the two meet up (like maybe the kingdoms were trying to unite) and one recognizes the present he gave the other years back.
