Season 3 Brain Damaged Dean fic

Hi! I'm looking for a fic I read on ao3. It was gen and a one-shot. It included Dean getting brain damaged after he hit his head on a hunt on an angel statue in a cemetery. He is in a coma for a while and the doctors think he is going to die, but he wakes up although he has many problems like seizures, difficulty walking and forming sentences and problems with one arm. He gets a little better before Sam pulls him out of the hospital and takes him to a bunch of faith healers and such. I remember Dean being really sweet and open with Sam in his condition

In the end there's a big twist that this fic took place in season 3 and Sam wasn't trying to heal Dean's brain, but find a way to save his soul from the deal before his year is up.

It was a really awesome story, I didn't see the ending coming at all and looking back, there were hints but you didn't expect them on first read. I loved that! I had to reread it right after with the twist in mind.

I wish there were more stories where Dean gets injured like this and Sam takes care of him. Sam taking care of Dean is a weakness of mine.
