Dean Reaches His Breaking Point

I tried searching for recs using the exhaustion tag but couldn't find what I'm looking for.

What I'm looking for are fics where Dean (not Jensen just Dean) just reaches the end of his physical, emotional, or mental rope and has some sort of beeak down. Not an extreme mental break but enought of a breakdown to warrant help and attention from others.

I'd like to see Dean broken and then preferably Castiel and/or others taking care of him and putting him back together again.

Obviously I prefer Destiel but gen is fine too and if its a poly relationship then I want Cas involved in it. I'm not a huge fan of wincest and would actually prefer not to be recced any this time around.
