specific fic: j2 mpreg [FOUND]

spnstoryfinders_ljI can't actually remember which of them is pregnant in this fic so sorry if it makes it more difficult to find!
All I know is that J1 moved to a new town and is already pregnant. He meets J2 when the other man comes to fix a leaking pipe (?) in his new house and they have sex straight away and gradually become friends and then more. The only other thing I can remember is that they decorated the babies room with an elf/forest theme.
Sorry my memory of this is so sketchy but if anyone could help me find it that would be amazing because I've been dying to read it again!
