trying to find a hurt!dean fic

I read a fic the other day where Dean was missing part of his leg and Sam had no idea. It was Standford-era, Dean had shown up and Jess had recently died. He'd lost his leg a year or two before that and never told Sam. They were sharing a motel room on the road and Dean kept changing in the bathroom at night and trying to hide his prosthesis. Sam finally figured it out (and didn't react well) and Dean's leg was swollen and irritated from wearing his prosthesis too much.

I've looked through hoodie_time and this is driving me nuts, so any help would be appreciated. Please and thank you!
