Hurt!Dean, post-baddie hip injury with Sam & Lisa

The story I've been searching for was a not-too-long piece where Sam and Dean show up at Lisa's after a preventing-the-apocalypse fight (don't remember which Big Bad it is). Sam tells Lisa that Dean's not in the best shape and wants to leave so they don't burden her. I think he fell and hurt his hip, and Lisa asks if saying he fell off her roof will be sufficient. It was really sweet and I've thought about it a lot over the years since I've read it.
