Specific Demon Dean/Sam Fic

I am looking for specific fic found on FanFiction.net, it was of Demon Dean (with yellow eyes) looking for a teenage Sam. John, Bobby, Caleb and other hunters have hidden Sam away, but Dean ends up finding their hideaway house.

Dean kills all the hunters except John. Sam overhears the commotion and stops Dean from killing John and in exchange he will go with Dean. Dean agrees, but before he leaves he erases John's memory of ever having kids.
