Three Kidnapped Sam stories

Okay, I'm really new to this list and LJ in general, so I really hope I don't screw up this post.

I'm looking for three fics and I'm not sure of authors or titles.

1.  Sam is kidnapped by a crazy clown, taken back to a road side circus and kept tied up.  He freaks a little, gets beat up and finally Dean finds him, but the clown takes off with him and Dean gives chase and they end up near a bridge...that's about all I remember for that one.

2. Sam is kidnapped from a parking lot and held in a cage.  His not alone, held in a basement and witnesses other people die.  Dean finds him and the house burns, they are stuck in the fire.  I think the kidnapper is a twin or maybe brothers.

3. Sam is hurt during a hunt.  The doctor who treats him causes a slow bleed and plans on kidnapping Sam for some ritual...I think he wants to occupy Sam's body.  I remember that Sam is taken to a tomb and is tied down and the crazy cult leader is about to sacrific him before Dean shows up.

And while I'm at it, any kidnapped Sam stories would be great.  Self pimpin' welcome.
