I'm sorry I don't have a fic to rec for you, but I just had to jump in and yell AMEN!!!! I totally agree that this episode should have had enormous repercussions that were just swept under the rug. In the entire history of SPN, I think this is the only episode that should be erased. There is no way in hell that their faces could ever been seen in public again, especially not with all the cops they interact with. The media over that killing spree would have been insane. So lol, yeah. Pet peeve.
