Specific Gen fic request and J2 fic request

Hello, so I've been looking for this particular fic for quite some time and it's simply eluded me.

Sam somehow ended up in some alternative universe where he, John and Mary were all dead, and Dean was the only one alive. Dean was super lonely, and he lived in some plain apartment all by himself. In order for Sam to get closer to Dean (be his friend and stuff), he pretended to be his cousin. Missouri was also involved, and I believe she helped Sam get back to his world in the end. I believe otherworld!Dean died at the end of the story? But he wasn't upset about it? I think Sam was also there at the hospital with him. Those are all the details I specifically remember, so I hope someone knows what I'm talking about!

Secondly, I just read some of the PDF files of allie_quixotic's fics. I was hoping that someone had some fic J2 fic recs of the same delicious angst level :P. I feel like I've drained the pot of Jensen!angst, but a girl can hope! So please, if there are any excellent Jensen!centered angsty fics, I would love to read them. I'm not absolutely attached to the idea of only J2 fic, I'll really read any pairing, just as long as it makes my heart explode! If there's a sex scene, I prefer bottom!Jensen. No wife!hate either, please!

I believe the first one may be There's a Hell of a Universe Next Door (http://lustmordred.livejournal.com/83234.html#cutid1). It's been a while since I've read it though--and I remember it focused more on Dean. So it may not be it.
