Dean as bait

Hey, I read a story and I can't remember what it's called. It's in a post-apocalyptic setting and they're living in a some big camp in Texas. John and Sam were together, but Dean had gotten lost at the beginning of the apocalyptic era. Dean was in the social class of "Bait", which was, you guessed it, bait for demons and monsters that were outside the camp, and someone gives him to Sam and John, who realizes it was his long lost kid. Any help?
