Gen, Sam and Dean trapped in a cave

I'm looking for a fic where Sam and Dean got trapped in a cave which partially collapsed, concussing Dean and breaking Sam's leg. What I remember of it is that Sam isn't sure how long it will take Bobby to find them, so he is very stingy about the water, especially where he is concerned. Dean throws up on his leg but Sam is afraid of running out of water, so he doesn't clean it and it gets infected.
As time goes by and infection sets in/dehydration takes its toll, Sam (mistakenly) begins to assume that he will die and it is what Dean would want, because of John's prediction that Dean will have to kill Sam.
Eventually they do get rescued, and Dean needs minimal treatment, but Sam is near death and is hospitalized. Dean is furious in a protective/worried way, because they was still plenty of water to spare that Sam could have consumed or used to clean his leg.
