LF stories with a WTF moment, either J2, Sam/Dean or Jeff/Jensen

So I would really like some stories that have a stomach-dropping WTF moment. The main story I can think of with such a thing is nightporters Nothing Ever Happens (which I can't link to as it has been taken down and released as original fiction). The moment I am referring to is where Jared goes to visit Jensen and Jensen thinks that he has come to start a life with him only to find, after some steamy sex, that Jared has got his wife pregnant and plans on staying with her. It really was a stomach-roiling, unexpected moment and I'd love some more stories that have an unpleasant surprise and get your angst juices working. I can't think of any other J2 stories to link to but Bareback (original fiction) by Chris Owen has a similar moment when Jake catches Tor with another man. BTW I totally recommend Bareback and it's sequels if you haven't read it.
