specific genderswap(ish) fic + general jess-centric, post-apocalypse fic

So, uh, I've lurked for way too long and you guys are all fantastic and if I can get over my anxiety and actually post this, welp, I really hope you can help me as well.?

The first thing I'm looking for is a specific fic that I read at like 2 am a while back and I'd really like to read again. (Excuse my crappy summary because it was at 2 am and maybe I just made the whole thing up.) Girl!Dean and girl!Sam wake up on the side of the road after a curse or something as boys, and naturally freak out. When they go back to the hotel, they find that all their belongings are those that look like they might belong to their male counterparts, kind of like they were always boys and nothing had changed. (And in the end, that is the case - I think a witch somehow manipulated their memories into thinking they were always girls, when in reality they weren't ever. So there's no actual genderswap. Just a lot of confusion.) I'm pretty sure it was on AO3 but I'm not entirely sure.

Secondly, um, I'd really love to read some fics where Sam somehow meets Jess later in the series (preferably during or post-apocalypse, and she either died in the fire or was somehow torn out of Sam's life with absolutely no contact, maybe she thinks he's dead or something) and how she might react to the person he's become, so very different from the Sam she knew at Stanford. I read literally anything and everything, so it doesn't matter what pairing it might be or whatever. Yeah.
