Jared FBI/Police Handler - Jensen Agent - FOUND!

I've checked through the police tags on here and checked J2 Recs. I'm looking for a story where Jared is an Agent handler (?) and he is assigned under cover Jensen, but Jared has never met Jensen and they just talk on the phone (it's a bit like the film 'Jumping Jack Flash').

Jeff is their boss I think and Jensen gets badly beaten up and at the end of the story, J2 finally meet.
