wincest, tree spirits, future being seen

Hey guys!

So there's a fic somewhere around here that I can't seem to find. I don't rememeber the title, but I do remember that its wincest. The boys are hunting something in the woods, and I think they ganked it since Dean/Sam ended up hurt. They're walking back to the Impala and a tree spirit appears and shows them their future. Dean is totally in denial of it because it has them together and Dean is freaking out over that (its not an established relationship fic; more like a slow development fic?). Sam tries to find other tree spirits to ask them... something...  over the course of the fic (behind Dean's back I believe) and then the one time he succeeds he is attacked by the monster Dean and Sam were trying to gank in that town. Eventually, Sam and Dean get together and they end up in a diner, looking at a newspaper, and they freeze and are all like, we've made it to this point and this is kind of something that the first tree spirit showed us, lets make our own decisions yadda yadda etc. and thats how it ends...

Please help! I'd greatly appreciate it!
