Looking for Sam/Dean wincest fic

I hate when I drive myself bonkers, but its happening as I type.  Looking for a Sam/Dean wincest story that takes place in a small town.  From what I remember Sam goes in search for Dean and finds Dean living and settled in a small town.  The townspeople love Dean and are protective since he does some heroic acts.  At first Dean is not forgiving of Sam due to some betrayal that I can't remember....maybe abandonment issues?  Sam works to gain back Dean's trust moving into the town.  

Anyway, my sanity will thank you if fic is found.
