Looking for a specific story

I read this a while back, one of the earlier stories in the fandom. Sam and Dean go to Miami to check out a rash of peole being turned to stone. Dean meets up with an old friend, whom I think is a cop, and they have a tryst. Sam comes back to the motel and interrupts them. And he goes all crazy with jealousy. Dean has to tie him to a chair and figure out what's wrong. I remember Dean says, "Your eyes aren't green." And he uses a medicine stopper to draw this creepy green stuff out of Sam's eyes. I think the story might be called "Green Eyed Monster" or something with green or jealousy in the title.
