Specific J2 AU- the boys spend their summers together

I'm looking for a specific J2 AU fic. I can't remember the title or author. I'll give you the gist of what I remember:

Jared and Jensen's moms are old friends and decide to get their family's together. The wind up spending every summer together at a cabin somewhere. Jensen and Jared become close friends. As the years go by Jensen realizes that he's in love with Jared. But Jared gets a girlfriend and stops coming on the trips. Jensen decides to stop going as well, I think he even stops talking to everyone. Then one day (like eight or ten years later) he finds himself being hogtied and thrown into the back of a truck and dragged back to the cabin. Jared is like... a lumberjack with a beard and lives in a tepee outside. I'm pretty sure it was top!Jared.
