Disability Sam or Dean?

 I'm looking for any fics where Sam or Dean has some kind of permanent physical disability that really causes problems, and how the boys deal with it and stick together. Something wrong with an arm, a leg (or both legs), hearing loss.... The boys can retire from hunting and settle down, or they can still be hunting. It would be nice to see something where their father is still alive and how he deals with it. I'm kind of looking for wincest, but gen is fine too. Can you please specify if you rec a fic which it is? No unhappy endings, please. Thank you!!!
