Hurt Dean, Father Cas

Hi, I have a couple of requests:

1. I remember a story where John left the boys in a motel room, and Cas came to look after them? Any fics where Cas looks after young!boys would be great.

2. Any stories where Dean is hurt and a doctor or other rescue worker suspects foul play(abuse)?

3. Very specific, but would make my day. Any fics where someone noticed Dean as a child(teacher, doctor, friend?), and always wondered what became of him, if he was alright, and finds out years later?

4. Last minute addition. I read a verse on fanfiction.net where the boys met and were eventually pseudo adopted by a family they helped. Are there any other stories out there where the boys meet interesting, nice people, and prove their true worth to them. Where they gain a sort-of family with OC characters, or just disprove people's suspicions/perceptions of them? Can be just Dean, or both boys.
