Challenge Information Request

I feel a little bad about posting this, since I'm not asking for a story, but I don't know where else to go. Can anyone tell me where there is a current SPN challenge or plot bunny community, archive or forum? I have seen recent posts of challenge responses, but not the original requests. The only communities I could find are either shutting down, or haven't been updated in a year or more.

There's a writer's comm called spnwriterlounge. On Saturday there's a picture challenge, there's a bunny exchange and weekly prompts and such. It's an awesome comm.
