Exhausted Sam behind the wheel...

 Can't remember where I found it but loved it. Dean's, shrug, can't remember, but Sam takes the Impala a few hundred miles away then something supernatural starts chasing him back and he can't stop the car but he's exhausted but if he does the thing will get him and Dean's at the other end of the phone freaking cause he's too far away to help and Sam's nearly crashing the car he's so tired and he has a big SOB chasing after him.

Yep, it went something like that. Ring any bells for anyone?
