God this is probably going to be the worst description of a story, ever but here it goes: All I can remember is the boys fighting some demon (maybe?) and Dean getting it's guts on him or maybe it's spit or something. Basically, Dean starts to trip out from whatever got on him while Sam is getting gas or something and thinks the pattern on his shirt is trying to take over the world. So he strips and it's at that moment that Sam shows up. They figure out (Sam does) that whatever got on Dean is making him high and they just need to wait it out. It was a crack!fic; that I know.

I'm sorry I can't be more of a help. But I've been thinking about this story for a while. Help?
