looking for amnesia Dean...

I am looking for a story (WIP I think) where Dean wakes up in a hospital with amnesia, sneaks out and goes in hiding, finds a storage building where John and Dean had set up a room for emergencies and holes up there.  Meanwhile John and Sam are searching for Dean and are always a few steps behind him.  They see a photo of him outside of a bar (where Dean got into a bar brawl and then was named "Lone Wolf" (I think) by the town's "grandmother".  Dean discovers he has powers and demons are hunting him.  There is one part where he meets up with Bobby but not knowing who he is, he disables Bobby and then takes off.

Please help  :)  I really love this story but lost my link  :(
