Young Winchesters with Bobby

The fic I'm thinking of involved Dean and Sam working for Bobby to pay off a debt owed, I think, by John. There was a line which basically said that foisting the work off on the young was the benefit of having children or "in this case, borrowing the offspring of others." That quote I remember.

Also any other fics in which Bobby plays more than just a small role as someone to call for info on the Monster of the Week. Wincest or Gen is preferred, but Het is okay as long as it is minor or "offscreen." Please no underage, Daddycest, or deathfics. Long and plotty, short and sweet, self-pimps, it's all good.
