Sci-fi AU - J2

I need my sci-fi fix. Haven't read anything sci-fi in a long time and I have this sudden craving, so... Are there any good long science-ficion J2 AUs out there? Not fantasy, no dragons, no magic, just a good ole hard science-fiction with starships, or cyber punk, or distant planets. There must be something like that, right? I know I read a summary about starships a while ago (although it was quite possibly a never-finished BigBang), so please, please, get me some!
